All About Me
Hi there! My name, bestowed upon me at birth, is Alexandra Boatman, but I like Alex for short. I'm a student at the Ringling College of Art and Design and am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Computer Animation.
I'm pretty much a total goof and laugh at everything, but mostly myself. I have an intense fear of chickens that I'm constantly made fun of for by friends and family. I have two tattoos, both relatively small and able to be covered up. If you like Harry Potter you will instantly be my friend because I'm a fanatic. I play Call of Duty with my little brother in the hopes that sometime in the future I'll be able to beat him for once, even though it's incredibly unlikely.
Like so many other people, I've pretty much always known deep down that I was going to continue into an art field after high school. Animation sort of found me when a recruiter from Ringling came to my school, and I was instantly hooked. Now, looking back, it was probably the best choice I've ever made to work in computer animation. I'm greedy to learn as much as I can about the industry, and to share what I learn with others.
